DVD Ripper Join two dvd rips to one big outputfile

I'd like to see dvdfab rip two (or more) dvd's and join the output to one (big) file. I.e the lord of the rings movies (2dvd9) become one mkv moviefile. Dvd copy does it EXCEPT the quality is downgraded to "fit" on one dvd and that is not wanted. A simple free program like freemake does it so it should be easy for dvdfab.
