Hi there,
I've been waiting for this to be addressed but as of yet it hasn't been or I just don't know where to look. Anyways, this pertains to the 3D BD Ripper. Whenever I back-up a 3D bluray SBS the result either m2ts or mkv always becomes cropped. Could you add a check box that will allow for the converted file to remain at the full 1920x1080 resolution? Otherwise I run into issues where the resulting back-up becomes stretched vertically when I play it back on my media center. With version 8 I would always disable crop and even add the resolution of 1920x1080 when dealing with the wide 2:45:1 ratios. But, in ver 9 the added custom resolution doesn't save. It appears in custom but then when I go to choose it from the list in the profile it doesn't show, with the max always being 1920x800 (cropped). At the very least if you could make it so that 1920x1080 is always present as a resolution to choose regardless of the film's ratio 1:85:1 vs 2:45:1, etc. then I would be very grateful.
Thanks.
J
