Add command line option for FILENAME

In the gui after you select the TITLE and SELECT the chapters you want if you click edit it will give you options to NAME the file output

/FILENAME for filename

This is the only option for VOB

For generic there is

also

/FileTitle (for title)

/FileAuthor (Author)
