    DVD Ripper New "standard" size

I'd like to request that 512x384 be added to both the DVD and blu-ray rippers as a standard selectable size. It's not only fairly common on the web, but it fills a gap between the standard 600x450 and 480x360 range - a range which (at 120 pixels) is significantly wider than any other two adjacent resolution width settings.

    856-800 = 56 pixels
    800-720 = 80 pixels
    720-704 = 16 pixels
    704-640 = 64 pixels
    640-600 = 60 pixels
    600-480 = 120 pixels
    600-512 = 88 pixels \ A much better division which is a multiple of 16 in both
512-480 = 32 pixels / height and width for profiles that use 16x16 macroblocks.

    480-400 = 80 pixels

Since many 4:3 videos have 640x480 as the full available DVD data (despite 720x480 being the normal data area - being full frame, the remainder is just black bars), reducing to the next smaller size to save space doesn't yield much benefit at 600x450, and the next one down sacrifices too much quality. An intermediate resolution would allow a reasonable space savings without having to lose too much definition.

While it is currently possible to enter this size manually using the custom setting, only standard settings seem to be compatible with the auto-crop feature of the DVD and Blu-ray ripper. Sizes entered manually retain any dead-space on either side of the frame which the auto-cropping would normally eliminate unless very special (and complicated) procedures are taken... and in my experience, those procedures tend to destabilize the ripper, making it very likely to CTD.

Adding 512 x 384 as a standard selectable size would allow a more flexible compromise between space vs quality while still allowing the auto-crop feature to function as intended. Please give it some consideration.
