BD Copy Cinavia protected disc BDMV-REC in 2D and 3D?

Hi,

Why can you not make choice for create protected disc BDMV-REC with Blue ray disc with a protected disc with Cinavia watermark when you copy a Blue Ray 3D disc?
Is it only for 2D BR?

When the Fab protected disks came out it was used with software in the PlayStation firmware 4.0 and under.It was for regular blu rays and only worked with the old firmware of the PlayStation and a very few other players so I here.

3d disks were not out yet.I see no use for making them now for 3d disks.Their are many ways around Cinavia getting a 3d media player and playing from a hard drive is one example their are others you can do a search and find other solutions here on the forum.
