We won't support SLI encoding in short term, but we will research on it continuously, and may support it in the future if it is necessary.

My computer is gtx680ti X2 GPU SLI running on only one run
can run 90% to 170fps
But another idle 0%

As I said, we do not support SLI now so it will only enable one GPU. Thanks for your understanding and we will keep working on it.
