When I am converting from MKV to MP4, I would like an option to passthrough the video, but convert the audio to AAC (for iPad). The program rebox.NET is specifically designed to do this, but it would be nice if I could do it in DVDFab.

Duo to file source has many types, currently only H264 and Mpeg2 Video Passthrough support better.
What do you encoder MKV file is used？ H264？

You can do it manually now: select MP4 profile, in "Advanced Settings", choose "Copy Video", and converting audio to AAC.
We will consider to add a new MP4 profile for video passthrough and audio conversion to AAC.DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.
