DVD to HDD unlimited size

Missing the option HDD (no size limit) in the output selection as in DVD to DVD where you select today between DVD5 and DVD9. Found this when merging two DVDs in to one that in total is some 12 GB. I do not want the compression since I will keep the file and use it from the HDD at full quality.

+1 more... would be nice to remove the crud, then save as MKV without messing with the Video or Audio. For MCE or PCH etc.
