subtitles improvement please

I request that the next release version be so subtitles aren't selected by default.

I love having the power to break copyright protection. Ever since I've discovered it I've hated it. It's great for putting video on an ipod. So I thank the team here for what they do.

You can already do this in Settings->Subpicture->Do not preselect any subpicture track.

Please spend some time going through the tutorial and also setting on your own sytem before asking for features that already exist.
