BD Ripper (3D Plus) Execute program/script after each rip completes

It would be neat if we could execute a script or process after each ripping operation completes.

This would allow for better automation.

Some wild cards (output file name, directory, etc) would be helpful in formulating command line arts for the after-processing task.

It would be nice to be able to execute a script after the rip completes, for example to have MKV Extract do stuff with the MKV that Fab outputs. Just a nice thing to have for automation.

Something like:

After fab executes run a command: command = c:\programs\mkvextract $outputfile etc. etc.
