Video Converter Add option to remove 3:2 pulldown

Please add the ability to remove 3:2 pulldown and deinterlace on video converter.

This would be applicable to any NTSC formatted video which was originally 24fps. During conversion to NTSC, a 3:2 pulldown is applied when it was converted to 1080i. I would like to be able to remove the 3:2 pull down (known as a reverse telecine procedure).

Current deinterlace function only combines the fields, which causes split frames.

Good idea to add this function.

My advice for the meantime is to save the movie as a folder and use Handbrake or AVIDemux to do conversions that DVDFab doesn't support yet.
