DVD Ripper Constant Quantizer as a conversion option

I would like more conversion options for 4k 10 bit than 1-pass, 2-pass, and CRF.

rc=cqp doesn't appear to be an option. I believe it's built into x265. Is that something that would be relatively easy to add in? I find the motion blur on my LG C7 in action scenes to look considerably better with CQP than with CRF.

I should have put this under BD ripper... sorry about that.
