3D Rip mode to be file that 3D Disc would have?

I am beginning to rip my 3D movies, and I see the different options available, but each of them seem to then require us to change the settings on our TV for that display.

Currently, when I insert a 3D bluray, my TV autodetects that a "3D signal is present" and switches it to whatever is needed for my active glasses to work.

Is it possible to be able to rip the 3D videos in such a way where the TV detects the signal when played so you don't have to mess with all the different TV configurations?
    Can this option be added?

you can try MKV.MVC.Passthrough profile if your TV can playback the 3D MKV file.
