Reduce bitrate in uhdcopy 50G in case output less than 50G for uhd source

In Uhdcopy 50G, When output less than 50G but bitrate too high, It gets stuttering problem on bd-r 50G.

Please add features that can set bitrate for bd-r 50G disc in uhd source.
