Video Converter Add the Dolby Vision profile from UHD Ripper to Video Converter

Currently, I can only convert to a Dolby Vision .mp4 if I have the full Blu-ray with BDMV structure intact, as it only works in the UHD Ripper module. However, what if I have a .mkv made from a 4K Blu-ray with Dolby Vision, like the one attached with a DV enhancement layer? I'd like to be able to take this .mkv and convert it into a Dolby Vision .mp4 that plays on my TV via DVDFab.
