BD Ripper (3D Plus) Bug? Temp files not cleared / renamed

When you create an MKV, and select SRT Subs. it rips the Blue ray like this

title.mkv
subs.srt
and the end result will be
title_temp.mkv

Why not cleaning up and call it title.mkv ??
