DVDFab (UI/General) Automatic rip of forced subtitles

Sicario Day of the Soldado & Die Hard 5 (A Good Day to Die Hard), they each have forced subtitles for Spanish and Russian. Anyway DVDFab can recognize that and force those automatically?

There is a Scan Forced Subtitle option under the Subtitle tab, once you tick it, it will recognize and enable the forced subtitle as long as it's there.

After the latest update(12.0.4.3), rendering has become slower, rendering took me an average of 30 minutes. now it's 90min. why is that?

I know about the option listed above, but you have to set it per DVD- is there a way to do it globally for any/all forced subtitle languages? If not, that'd be a great feature to add so I don't have to know or remember there are forced subtitle languages and enable it.
