    Multiple Instances enhancements

Running multiple instances of DVDFab 13 does not work well and the documentation does not provide all the steps required to make it work. I've spent many hours trying to make this work, and at best, it does function but it requires specific steps. If you do one thing wrong, it fails. Given these issues, multiple instances of DVDFab is too complex and error prone and not worth the effort. Please consider improving, so that when enabled it prompts for drive selection at startup (similar to MakeMKV). This would make it a great and useful feature.

    Current requirements and issues
Each instance must own only 1 drive, otherwise each instance tries to open the same drive, resulting in constant drive activity as each task competes for the drive.
    1. Select "Allow running multiple instances of DVDFab 13".
    2. Change to use Drive1 only, then restart.
    3. After the restart, start the second instance and change from Drive1 to Drive2, then restart.
    4. Start ripping from both instances.
    5. Now if you close the first instance and restart, it takes on the last configuration, so you lose the desired drive setting and have to start the entire "setup process" all over again.

Example: MakeMKV makes it simple and easy
MakeMKV prompts for drive selection upon starting, thus simplifying and avoiding restarts. Running two instances for two different DVD drives simply requires that each instance be started with the desired drive. It would be great to see something similar in DVDFab, making the entire process simple and easy.
