DVDFab (UI/General) Index patching of BDMV files to make them fully AVCHD compliant

Right now, after I shrink to a BD5 or BD9 for example, I then have to patch my BDMV files manually to make them fully compatible with all Blu-Ray players (including the PS3). Please build this compatibility option in once the build/shrink is complete so that I do not have to do this manually.

These files are located in (where X is your BD disc root):
X:\BDMV\*.bdmv

The two important files are "index.bdmv" and "MovieObject.bdmv" (these must be patched to INDX0100)
