Hi tgod,
"DTS to AC3" is on our todo list, it need some re-work on UI, so it will be available but there is no time table for it.

DTS to AC3
Any updates on the addition of a DTS to AC3 option? I currently need to perform several steps outside of DVDFAB to get the final output of mkv with AC3 audio (demux, convert audio, remux). If DVDFAB could do the audio conversion, this would truly be an all in one solution. Great product!

See AudioConverter from PopCorn
For everyone requesting DTS-Master to AC-3, I will second that request.
In the meantime, however, and until the folks at DVDFab get around to do it, try PopCorn MKV AudioConverter.
...works really, really well to solve the DTS to AC-3 problem. Yes, it does incur an additional step in the process, but there's no avoiding that, anyway.
