any chance we can have Frameserving to Hauppauge's hardware mpeg2 encoders? or CCE's ?

I would think not.
1. Fab currently uses internal codecs only.
2. It would be a support nightmare for the devs
3. It would then rely on the 3rd party encoders getting it right. There is more than enough trouble with CUDA/DXVA cause by drivers/implementation by the card manufacturers.
