BD50 2 MKV: change stream order, set default/forced flags?

I'm finally about to get into HD stuff but I've read that standalones like the WD TV ignore stream flags like default/forced so that always the first audio/subtitle stream is played back. How about DVDFab being able to change the stream order when ripping to MKV so I could always set german to be the first stream? Thx.
