I know this has been raised as a DVD Ripper issue, whereby users want to be able to bypass the "Chapter" in and out encode points and choose a specific frame instead, but this 'frame start/end' ability seems to be an obvious missing feature from the Video Encoder program, which more often than not doesn't rely on any specific chapter point available.
I have captured video sections (e.g. from my camcorder etc) which don't have any segment points at all, but I would like to be able to trim them in the conversion process... is this do-able? (I did search beforehand but no-one seems to have raised it as a Video encoder request...)
