I have updated to the most current version and I rented from Redbox, Eclipse, but I put it in and it just says scanning media, then it tells me to put in a disc to read. Nothing will come up, is there some kind of copy protection that is different on rented movies. Really want to copy this but it won't work, I just copied another movie right before this. So the program is working. Help!
