Software Problem with Your Download

I'm having problems with my DVDFab. After recording a Blu-Ray Disc then changing to recording a DVD, the DVDFab will analyze and record the DVD to my Hard-Drive but when recording to a blank DVD the system will begin recording the DVD. With 2 - 1 min left in completing the DVD the Computer then eject the DVD and the "Recording Failed" message comes up on the screen. Why does this happen and how can I fix the problem?
