Please post your logs the default location is:

For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Still having massive audio sync issues with 8.0.9.6 generic.xvid.avi.audiocopy. My standard test - Deja Vu 1100 bitrate, DD5.1 audiocopy. No CUDA/ATI crap. 2 pass.
