    What is the difference between the : NVIDIA GeForce GTX560 Ti-1GB EVGA Superclocked- core: 900MHZ, Than the: NVIDIA Geforce GTX560 Ti-1GB-PALIT Sonic- core: 900MHZ?, and what difference does it make if you run one graphics card or run two cards together?

    None. You can't run DVDFab on two cards. DVDFab does not support SLI
