I had purchased dvd 8 and expires Dec 22 2013, and dvd 9 worked fine, then I went to start v9 today and says trial period is expired? what's wrong

Did you register it correctly.
If you have not done so yet you will need to go to the members area here http://www.dvdfab.com/member.htm and select create an account.
You must use the same e-mail address that you used when purchasing Fab, and a password of your choice.
When starting up Fab 9 you will use this same e-mail address and the password you created in the members area to register it.
