Confirmed here's what my fab graphics setting says:
Note: To enable Intel Quick Sync technology, you must switch to Intel HD Graphics.

                  Hi,

The driver 3621 itself has problem and our developer has been report to Intel.
Please use the driver 3496 first until Intel updated.

Good to know as I'm also on the same Intel driver... I've been pulling my hair out the last week or so and forgot that I accepted the Windows updates for the Intel HD driver ... My Lucid Logix shows the Lucid Logo when DVDFab starts but I get the same error when trying to select Intel QuickSync in the settings ...

Rolling back Intel HD driver now!
