DVDFab 9.2.3.3 Eset detect as a virus

Can´t install the new DVDFab 9.2.3.3. I donwloaded this new version from this forum and during the installation eset is detecting as Win32/Packed.Themida aplication.
When this happen the installation aborts.

Please fix that.

Happening to me also...

Have tried to disable ESET.....got the the update installed....so as I enable ESET and try to open FAB it fails to open....
