how do you activate the free trial of the screen recorder

i own dvdfab all in one but I want to activate the free trial but it wont activate I did every thing is says but it still wont activate

Please PM me your DVDFab registered email info, I will check your license detail and check it out for you.

If your license doesn't include the one for Screen Recorder, you should be able to free trial it without activating it.
