Hello, guys. I need Your help. I am looking for a good 4k disc reader for movie playback.
I have three UHD drives.
Pioneer BDR 211M, it is an excellent drive.I have no problem at all with it, but one. It works only with intel hardware.
And two LG WH16NS60. Both is a piece of crap. They only good read double layer disc. When i play triple layer disc there is audio/video stuttering during last 15-20 minutes of the movie. Sometimes there is only couple stuttering and sometimes movie became unwatchable.
Here some pics from Nero disc speed. It is an old programme and does not show speed on the third layer, but still You can the difference between Pioneer and LG.
