Cannot copy intire movie

I have a movie I want to copy entire movie and it has two parts. DVD copy is only copying the first part and stops, saying it is completely successful. How do I get it to copy both parts?

Are both parts on the same disc? Assuming yes - did you set up DVDFab to copy "Full Disc"?
