    thanks to the support team

    i would like to thank the support team for their help with my problem. although their solution did not complete my fix it helped. i not only had to turn off the uac, i had to uninstall dvdfab and redownload it. then redownload my registration key from my email. i tried to just copy and paste the key but that would not work. but thank you for your help anyway.

          my software was reverting back to a trial version and not accepting that i reloaded the registration key.
