can't back up drawn together the movie!

I need to know what software that will backup my dvd movie drawn togather the movie? I 'm using a older macintosh g4 desktop computer with os 10.4 installed. What would be a good software that will help me backup this dvd movies? I tried Mactheripper had no luck keep saying a 30.78 GB.
