DVDFab customer service is just great!
I had some issues with version 6 and they stepped right up and helped.
I just recently purchased the BluRay to DVD and Mobile. No big deal. But I already had life key for all the DVD related items. I was thinking..."Big nightmare of getting keys integrated", etc.
But to my surprise I got an e-mail IMMEDIATELY after my other notification e-mails with an aggregate key! WOW!
Awesome thinking ahead and customer service!
If only all software companies could be this efficient. (Redman WA included).
