Why is my computer not reading the disk to start the process. I have updated to 7.0.9.3.?

Is the disc scratched?

Have you tried cleaning the disc?

Have you used a lens cleaner on your drive?

Pathplayer on? Or off?

Download VSO Inspector and run a scan for errors.

yes I cleaned the lens and the disc is brand new

I asked if you cleaned the disc not if it is new.

Did you use VSO Inspector to scan the disc.

Did you try turning pathplayer on or off?

DVDFab has no problems with this DVD so do what Gruñón said and clean the physical DVD

Copying

That is correct, ver 7.0.9.3 had no problems, reading or copying with pathplayer on

[race fuel]

used DVD FAB with pathplayer on and had no problems.
