    error 400

    xpsp2. Dvdfab v8.0.3.2 and v7.0.8.2.

    Have a Showtime series disk that when using Full Disc or Customize, session halts right after starting with an error 400. Main Movie will copy only title 1 (writing to hdd.) Same with two different drives. PathPlayer enabled or disabled does not make a difference. The only other reference to this in the forums (same series even) seemed to point to embedded software.

    Any suggestions for work-arounds?

        install the latest Official release then as the version you have is an old version that was released October 30, 2010

        Much better to keep DVDFab updated even if it a Beta as a Beta may fix an issue you have but the Error 400 you are getting is a transcoder error.

        set Pathplayer to always enabled and try changing the A/V codec setting to Software for all options available to you. To do this you need to go into common settings the green dot with check amrk top right of dvdfab

              Your logs still say path player is not enabled Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Always Enabled click OK restart Fab and try again.

                With PathPlayer enabled, it writes about 126kb to the disk and only one log file.

                  That last did not seem right with only one log file, tried again after a reboot and got two. What I noticed second time around is with Full Disc selected, under Quality it says 0MB -> 0MB. Here are the correct files.

                    For your problems, could you please copy the other DVDs to see if this is a universal problem (task1_error400), or just for this movie ?LWORD??

                      The error400 is just for this disc. I made a clone iso image of this disc to hdd, but DvdFab does not seem to be able to read it.
