Burned Twilight Saga : Eclipse to disc, started playing but in the upper left corner DVD Fab with the icon appeared stayed for 30 seconds disappeared then 10 minutes later reappeared stayed for another 30 seconds this went on through the entire film. Is this normal for this movie. All other movies that I copied did not have anything in the upper corner. Help would be appreciated.

Are you using the free DVDFab HD Decrypter or are you using a Registered version? If using a Registered version, check to make sure that your key registered correctly, as it appears the watermark is still on the video.SPECS

As in Racem22's post , the watermark is only present in the trial version of the software.
Were these other rips BD and no watermark appeared?If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
