1) Please understand that purchases of DVDFab Platinum made before May 8, 2008, DVDFab DVD Copy and DVDFab DVD Ripper can be available in one package .

Purchases of DVDFab Platinum made after May 8, 2008, DVDFab DVD Copy and DVDFab DVD Ripper can not be available all in one package any more. They should be ordered separately.

2) In other words, DVDFab Platinum(before May 8, 2008) has upgraded to DVDFab DVD Copy and DVDFab DVD Ripper in the latest version.

DVDFab Platinum(after May 8, 2008) has upgraded to DVDFab DVD Copy in the latest version.

3) If you still encounter some problems about this, please offer us your registered email or order number when purchasing, then we will check in our database and help you to solve your issue.
