Delete Temporary Files

I have the box checked for DVDFab to delete temp files but it does NOT. I can copy three discs and then it will tell me there is no room on my D: drive where the temp files are. I must delete the files before I can continue. Can you tell me why this is happening?

Not sure as I not have that box checked as I save them to hard drive as well as burn to blank media. How are you using DVDFab. Need details to help figure this out
