    What is error 500.00.13?

The error 500.00.13 occurs on bluray 3d ripper, bluray ripper and video converter with or without cuda.I have some logs to prove it but this is a section for problems. It causes much trouble, but what is it?
I searched the forum and the only important information I found is that it's not going to be corrected soon .Fortunally this was posted 1 month ago.
So,what is it and when will be corrected?

This is very likely a Windows registry problem. I would keep the key in a safe place, use the uninstaller provided when you installed Fab and then use a registry cleaner like CCleaner (a free download) to remove any reference to DVDFab within the registry. Download a fresh installer, install and give it a go.

I didn't believe that the problem was a Windows registry key issue. It seamed so much like a bug in the sofware, but I thought, what the heck, I could try this. It ended up solving the issue!

      1. uninstalled DVDFab 8.0.6.8
      2. rebooted my computer
      3. ran "Free Windows Registry Repair 2.0" from regsofts.com
      a. it identified over 20 registry keys for DVDFab 8 that didn't point to anything important any more.
      b. I allowed the registry repair software to "fix" the errors
      4. rebooted my computer again
      5. installed DVDFab 8.0.6.8
      6. I can now use BluRay Copy "with Lightning Recoding enabled" and it actually works on several BluRays it didn't work on before.

      Hope this helps others.

That procedure will fix a great many problems folks have with Fab it’s just kind of a pain to do. I’m glad it fixed yours and you are going again.

You are welcome. You need to do this every so often when installing updates over the top of existing programs, especially if it appears that an update has broken something that was working perfectly before. It may not always fix the problem but it will eliminate the possibility the registry was corrupted by a snafu in the update.

Ting, the error code is "503.00.13"
I'm getting this code on every conversion using DVDFab Video Converter with any GPU acceleration.

Correct IPopov50. I get the same 503.00.13 and followed by a 504.00.12. But the rips have been completed and seem to be fine??? And this is only with gpu enabled. No error on software only.
