I purchased DVD Platinum July 17 2008. I believe the DVD copy and DVD ripper were packaged together as a lifetime license. So now my DVD ripper says expired. I am unable to get a resend key. The contact center apparently does not recognize my e-mail and I have yet get a response from the support center after two attempts. I have liked the software until recently.

Are you using the same email as you did with the original purchase?
Recommend you contact sales support directly so they can check the database.
