Option to Change "Default" Target Location

Unless I am missing something (and that happens all too often!) is there no way to change the default "Target" for your ripped movie to your hard drive rather than your disc drive?

So, for example, let's say you always want it to save your file to your pc's hard drive, say a DVD_Backup folder you created on your hard drive. I can't seem to find where that's an option w/ the program where you can change so that it will "default" to that location....

See the yellow folder icon in the attachment?
Click on it and chose where you want to save the movie to.

Also go to general setting and set the default there to what you want.
