I have a lg bh08 and I just switched to bh10. But wanted to see what everybody else has to say!! I see pioneer has the new writer that writes the 128 gb discs but I dont think I will have a use for that!! Also I wanted to switch writer to deal with the cinavia protection just to rule out my old burner!!For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Diablo;
There are two writers I would look at, the Pioneer 206BK and the LG WH12LS30K BLU Ray burners. Both are 12x BDR write and both have 4MB buffer memory size for consistent burning results. The Pioneer can transfer data MAX 36MB/Sec. Both can write 16x DVDR + AND - media. I have the Pioneer model and I always stick with Pioneer.
They are about the same price, over $100+ depending where you buy and if OEM bulk type. Hope this helps!!
