    Amazon Unbox file backup

Is it possible to use on of the DVDFab products to take an Amazon unbox file, like Madmen, and to back it up to a DVD in case the computer crashes? I am sure that this has been posted somewhere, but I can not find it.

    Thanks,

    MM

I did do the google search, but since I have a copy of DVDFab, I was hoping there was a way to use it. Searching for, and using, online hacks can be a little perilous and uncertain. I also figured that since DVDFab removes the copy protection from user owned DVDs, I thought it might also be able to do it for user owned downloads from somewhere like Amazon. Maybe I should post this under "Product Suggestions"? Online downloads are only going to grow & they won't cater to the person who actually paid cash for the item and who wants to have a portable copy.

#1, DVDFab specializes in removing DRM from DVD and Blu-Ray discs only. It does not delve into the myriad of file based solutions out there.

#2, DVDFab will not make a DVD out of file content. It does disc-to-disc, disc-to-file, and file-to-file, but not file-to-disc.

Not trying to start a war. But, isn't DVD media going to fade at one point and be replaced by download services (kind of like CDs)? I am not a super tech person & even I am starting to download movies. A DRM removal tool for video targeted to the most common download sources seems like a perfect fit for something like DVD fab. (I am not talking about something like NetFlix).

Thanks for the suggestion so far.
