Problem with V8073

I am having the same problem. A reboot or even a restart didn't work. I just installed a Diamond Radeon HD 5570 video card and was excited because it was quite an upgrade from what I had. Immediately after I upgraded to 8.0.7.3. I wanted to see how much quicker it might be with a better video card. It didn't fire up after the install when I had left the checkmarks in the boxes that say to open DVDFab and the Notes. It was late so I just turned everything off and went to bed. When I booted up today and tried to open DVDFab, nothing happened. I still had a DVDFab 7 icon on my desktop so I tried it. No problem. I pulled 8.0.6.8 out of the recycle bin and reinstalled it. No problems and it works fine. So what changed with 8.0.7.3 so it won't even open? Is it my new card? But the old versions all work. Any guesses?

I added this before but the post seems lost. I did try rebooting and 8073 did nothing. I reinstalled it, and nothing. I would blame my new card and drivers, but 8068 works fine. I don't have any logs for the events because it wouldn't load. Any guesses or suggestions?

There is a fix that works in another post..."Delete your 8073 Loader File, download new file and install "As Administrator" Worked for me..

Edit: No it didn't!!. Gone back to 8072B

Didn't work for me either. I don't get anything. It's almost like clicking on it is like clicking on an empty space, nothing happens. I tried loading the .exe from Windows Explorer, same results. Any other ideas? Any ideas why this latest version won't load?
