How can i watch 50 gb 3D Bluray ISO file

How can i watch 50 gb 3D Bluray ISO file, from external hard disk to 3d tv or 3D player. is it possible? i don't have blu ray writer, if i converted to 3d mkv with fab ripper also the original quality will lost know? is it any possibility to watch directly ...................
