Blu Ray to DVD 5/9

How do you do this?

I have loaded a Blu Ray and selected main movie - At the bottom I just get BD options:

BD50
BD25 1080p
BD9 1080p
BD9 720p
BD5 720p

There is no DVD 9 or DVD 5 option.

Please help.

BD9 = DVD 9 and BD5 = DVD 5. Just place a DVD 5 or DVD 9 in your recorder. These will need to be played back in a BLU-RAY player.

Thanks, so it is creating a Blu Ray version on a DVD - not actually converting the Blu Ray to a DVD format that can be played on any normal DVD?
