Ok finally...
I had the same randomness as a earlier poster on this thread. I downloaded 8073...it seemed to work...it would not open...I turned off anti-virus...re-started computer....tried to open up 8073 and it worked...so I then turned back on anti-virus...re-started again and tried opening it up and sure enough it started up no problem...i didn't do anything different then what I have already tried but this time it worked and it seems to be fine. I have not backed up a movie yet but everything seems and looks fine
